What products can I personalise?
T-shirts, jerseys, caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, phone cases, tote bags, bottles, coffee cups, plates, journals, notepads and stickers.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Open the Design Studio and click the blank product to choose a PNG, JPG or WEBP image. Move and resize your artwork, then add text or stickers.
Can I design the front and back?
Yes. Switch between Front and Back in the studio. Your artwork stays separate for each view.
How do I save my design?
Use Save design to download the current view as a PNG. Your editable design is also saved in this browser. Open My Account to return to your saved design.
How do I track my order?
Use Track orders with your order number and order email address. Tracking is a frontend preview until the order service is connected.
Can I cancel a personalised order?
Use Cancel an order to review the available next step. Personalised items already in production may need our team’s assistance.
How can I ask about a return or damaged item?
Visit the Help centre and choose Returns & damaged items. Add your order number and describe the issue; your ticket links to a WhatsApp conversation.
Do you take bulk or team orders?
Tell us what you need through Contact us or WhatsApp. Share your product choices, quantity and design idea so our team can discuss the possibilities.
